CLIMATE2020 is a 100% carbon neutral online climate conference organized by the Research and Transfer Centre Sustainability and Climate Impact Management (FTZ-NK) of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany.

The core mission of this e-conference is to communicate the current research results on climate change and its consequences. In the spirit of SDG 13 (climate action), CLIMATE2020 provides scientific information on climate change and biodiversity-related research, concrete projects, initiatives and strategies implemented across different continents, in landlocked countries as well as on small islands.

Besides experienced researchers, young scholars and researchers from all over the world are, in particular, offered an opportunity to present their research to a global audience. This closes a knowledge gap in the fields of climate protection (mitigation) and adaptation, which can be discussed integratively and interactively.
